Overview
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within the timeframe below for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we can offer an exchange or store credit valid for an additional 14 days.
Eligibility
- Items must be in original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
- Certain products (e.g. final sale items, hygienic goods) may not be eligible for return; these will be noted on the product page.

Return Process
- Contact us at [email protected] to request a return.
- We will issue you a Return Authorization and instructions. Do not send items without authorization.
- Ship the product back within 10 days of receiving the authorization.
Keep proof of shipment until your return is confirmed.
Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Only standard shipping is refunded.
- Expedited shipping costs are not refundable.
- Exchanges or store credit are available if preferred—shipping charges may apply.
For partial returns, refunds are issued only for returned items.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item), we will provide a prepaid return label.
- Otherwise, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, **contact us within 7 days** of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover return shipping.
Exceptions & Non‑Returnable Items
- Gift cards, downloadable software, perishable goods, personal care items once opened, and clearance or final sale items are non-returnable.
- If an exclusion applies, it will be clearly labeled on the product page.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of us approving your return, please contact us. We will review the return carrier status and resolve promptly.
